Monthly and annual subscriptions are Hy Image's two billing options. Monthly subscription automatically charges and refills your credits every 30 days. Annual subscription is a one-time payment for the full year with automatic renewal, with 50% savings — for example, the Pro plan drops from $29.90/mo to just $14.95/mo.
10 credits generate 1 high-quality image with Hunyuan Image 3.0, whether you're using Text to Image or Image Edit mode. Credits are automatically refilled at the beginning of each billing cycle.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, so you only pay the difference. Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan's benefits until then. To cancel, contact our support team at support@hyimage.net — we typically process requests within one business day, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
